Hopefully the chocolate selling is going okay. It is entirely your choice on whether or not you have your child participate in it. It is our grade 5 fundraiser we use for grade 5 camp (June 17th and 18th) at Pioneer Ranch. For each individual box of chocolates your child sells he/she earns $1 off of their grade 5 camp fee ($80). There are also prizes for students who sell the most chocolates, but please don't feel that you have to participate.

They have until April 16th to have all of the chocolate money returned to the school.

If you have more questions with regards to selling chocolates please call the school and ask for one of the grade 5 teachers.

The homework BLOG has not been updated as often lately because we are trying to enforce to the students that they still need to be using their agendas. Too many students just simply are not taking any initiative to use their agendas properly. It should come home every night and they should be writing either what they need to still do for homework or what they did in class that day (but already have it finished)! Please help encourage your child to use their agendas better.
